We took time out in a dumpling hunt in Toronto recently. It was amazing how many kinds of dumplings we could find in the city. After this timeout, we decided to continue the mission. Next time we will hunt down more goodies. Maybe we should make some ourselves one day!

Chinese dumplings are usually filled with meat and vegetables. Popular meat fillings include minced pork and shrimp. They are usually wrapped and frozen in advance. Dumplings can be made in soup, steamed, pan fried or deep fried. We will try more kinds next time! Yum.
