It is very healthy, delicious and always looks good on photos.
Our Founder and food photographer, Eda Ho, just tried a simple recipe of Spinach Salad with Cherry Tomatoes and Avocado today.
All you need is to put spinach, tomatoes and avocado together, add extra virgin olive oil, some balsamic vinegar, a little bit lemon juice, flaxseed oil, parmesan cheese, homemade croutons, salt and pepper, toss them together and you are done!
How did we stop the browning of avocado?
Avocado turns brown when it is exposed to air for some time.
We brush the surface of the avocado with olive oil, then put the cut-open pieces in an air tight container. You can keep it in the fridge for 2 days. The avocado should not turn brown and can be put into another salad!
